Orders

An order is binding once confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in SEK including Swedish VAT. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment provider. Available methods include Klarna, Swish, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to activation.

Delivery

Delivery terms, times and shipping costs are described on the Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are set out on the Returns page.

Complaints

Report faulty goods to support@velloria.se as soon as the fault is discovered. Statutory consumer rights apply.

Product information

Technical specifications are stated as provided by Velloria and its manufacturing partner. Velloria does not describe its products as conforming to the Rules of Golf unless and until they appear on the relevant official USGA or R&A list.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court.
