Right of withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing at a distance you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Notify us within that period to exercise it.

Return period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products should be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in their original packaging.

How to return

• Email support@velloria.se with your order number and the reason for the return
• You receive return instructions and a return address
• Include your order number in the parcel

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, in which case Velloria covers the cost.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of the return being received and approved.

Exceptions

Products that are damaged after delivery, or opened items that cannot be resold in their original condition, may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the reduction in value.
